Job InfoDepartment:Greenland Climate Research Centre / external staffPosition Title:Associate ProfessorPosition Description:My research is on the ecology of fish and fisheries. Special emphasis is on the early life stages of both marine and freshwater fish, their physiology, nutritional ecology and survival in relation of variation in prey and predators. The interaction between the phenotype (e.g. size, metabolism, growth rate) of juvenile fish and their environment is central to my research. I coordinate a large Nordic group of scientists who elucidate the decadal scale climate variation and its influence on fish growth and stock productivity. The use of otoliths as proxies for growth, metabolism and size is essential to my work.Contact InfoPhone #:+45 89424388Email:
